Bio
Janet became a member of the team in 2015, initially starting as a service partner for Conte Wealth Advisors. Janet quickly exuded excellence in learning the ins and outs of the industry and multiple technologies available to advisors.
Previously serving in the role of Chief Operating Officer, Janet spent an immense amount of time building relationships with advisors, learning about them, their business, and determining how to best achieve the growth they're dreaming of. Working with advisors from the onset of their transition to our firm, she works tirelessly with the advisors to ensure all paperwork is generated and processed to ease the process of moving a book of business.
In Spring of 2023, Janet made the difficult decision to step back from her role of COO and step into a part-time role as transition specialist and remote admin for our advisors, and a full-time role of a caregiver for her aging father.
Janet's favorite part of her role is working with advisors and helping alleviate their administrative needs so they can focus on building their dream practice. She enjoys researching cutting-edge ideas to overcome barriers in the industry.
Janet enjoys spending time with her beloved husband, Richard, their daughters, and their granddaughter, River. In her down time, she can be found exercising or relaxing on the sunny beaches of Florida.
